Lee Sook Ching is a former home economics teacher. Spurred on by her friends and pupils to compile her collection of easy and doable recipes into a cookbook. Lee Sook Ching's Cook Malaysian was first published in 1980. Though retired for more than 20 years today, Lee Sook Ching continues to delight her family and friends with her expertise in Malaysian cooking.
