  This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the Second International Conference on Innovations and Interdisciplinary Solutions for Underserved Areas, InterSol 2018, and the 7^th Collogue National sur la Recherche en Informatique et ses Applications, CNRIA 2018, held in Kigali, Rwanda, in March 2018.
