Author Bio
Born in Edinburgh, Eunice Olumide MBE has worked all over the world appearing in both national and international campaigns, fashion weeks and editorials such as ID Magazine, Dazed & Confused, New York Magazine, Vogue, Italian Vogue, Hunger, WAD and many more. She has walked for designers including Mulberry, Alexander McQueen, Christopher Kane, and Harris Tweed. Her hugely successful career has not only been in fashion, but in film and television, and as a curator. She founded The Olumide Gallery, which represents some of the best talent in the industry. She was further awarded an MBE in Queen Elizabeth II Birthday Honours, given to her by Charles, Prince of Wales, at Buckingham Palace for her services to Broadcasting, Arts and Charity in 2017. In 2018, she became a Director at The Royal College of Art at Studio RCA and was awarded Design Champion 2018 by The Victoria Albert Museum. Much of her career has been spent fundraising for charities including Children's Hospice Scotland, The Well Foundation, Best Beginnings, and is Patron for Adopt an Intern as well as working with big brands including Loreal. She is also an Ambassador for Zero Waste Scotland, and Breakthrough Breast Cancer TLC, joining the ranks of Kate Moss, Edith Bowman and Twiggy.
