Author Bio
Ellen Cheshire has a BA (Hons) in Film and English and a MA in Gothic Studies. She has taught Film at Undergraduate and A Level. She has published books on Bio-Pics, Jane Campion, Ang Lee, Audrey Hepburn and The Coen Brothers and contributed chapters to books on James Bond and Charlie Chaplin, Silent Film, UK Counterculture, Fantasy Films and War Movies. // Mark Ramey has an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Southampton and has taught A level Film since 2000 at various sixth form colleges in the South of England. Mark is a regular contributor to the English and Media Centre's quarterly publication Media Magazine, and has published work on the film Fight Club for Auteur, and on film representation for the BFI. He is currently Head of Film at Collyers College in Horsham, West Sussex. // Jenny Stewart was awarded an MA with distinction in Mass Communications and has recently completed a PhD thesis on London locations in postwar British cinema at the University of Leicester. Jenny has over 15 years experience teaching A Level Film Studies and A Level Media Studies in sixth form colleges. She currently teaches on undergraduate Film Studies degrees at University of Leicester and De Montfort University. // Lisa Wardle followed a degree in English Literature and American Studies with postgraduate study of Film at the University of Nottingham. She has taught on the A-Level Film Studies and A-Level Media Studies courses at Sussex Downs Lewes College for fourteen years. She is also the Education Manager at Depot cinema in Lewes bringing film education to the wider community.
