Fons Trompenaars (Amsterdam) is a world expert on international management and innovation. He is the author of the global best seller, Riding the waves of culture: Understanding cultural diversity in business (978-1857881769), which has sold hundreds of thousands of copies and has been translated into a dozen languages. He is the co-author with Charles Hampden-Turner of six other books on cross-cultural business and innovation. Charles Hampden-Turner (Cambridge) is a management philosopher, and Senior Research Associate at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge since 1990. He is the creator of Dilemma Theory, and co-founder and Director of Research and Development at the Trompenaars-Hampden-Turner Group, in Amsterdam.
