Author Bio
Dr Ilona Boniwell is both an academic psychologist and a practitioner, specialising in Positive Psychology. Ilona founded the European Network for Positive Psychology and organised the first European Congress of Positive Psychology. She has also acted as a consultant to the BBC in their making of 'The Happiness Formula', and is co-founder of the Practical Psychology website, a social enterprise dedicated to the promotion of well-being and personal development. She is also a regular contributor to 'Psychologies Magazine' and author of 'Positive Psychology in a Nutshell'. Bridget Grenville-Cleave is a Charter Member of the International Positive Psychology Association and writes a regular blog about positive psychology in business on www.10consulting.blogspot.com. She has an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London and is a management consultant specialising in the use of positive psychology to improve business performance.
