After spending 25 years in banking in the UK and Africa Rob now concentrates on helping small and medium sized businesses develop and grow. His main focus is assisting business owners to access finance to start up or grow their businesses. Too many business owners reduce their chances of getting the finance they need by not understanding what banks are looking for in an 'ideal proposal'. Being a person who has been at the sharp end Rob uses his extensive banking knowledge to help business owners get the right information a bank needs. In writing Loan Sharp Rob has used his hands on experience to bring the reader practical ideas and solutions to finance their plans and realise their vision. Rob also writes a weekly newsletter, Small Business Success, distributed via email to 3,000 small business owners which covers a variety of topics of interest to business owners. He lives in Wales with his wife and four children.
