Author Bio
Harvey Walden served as a drill instructor in the US marines for 20 years, and retired from active duty in June 2007. He is also a weapons expert and has black belts for various types of martial arts. He was the fitness expert on ITV1's Fat Club and latterly Celebrity Fit Club, between 1999 and 2006 -- a show which regularly pulled in 4--6 million viewers each week. Harvey maintains his own gruelling personal fitness regime every day.
