Media Reviews
This is a very good book. Good layout, tough questions but relevant, and the explanations are very thorough - exactly what we need for revision for MRCPCH. Dr James Heyworth, Paediatric ST1, North West Deanery. A vital revision tool that will definitely help people pass their Part 1. If you can pass the questions in this book, you should be on course for passing the real exam. Paediatric ST2, London Deanery. The range of topics covered is very broad. The questions seem quite difficult but are about right for revision. Dr Amy Wilson, Paediatric SpR, North West Deanery. Excellent preparation for the MRCPCH exams. Good range of questions, helpful mix of question types similar to that of the exams. Dr Jonathan Fenwick, Paediatric ST1, North West Deanery. As an ST1 in paediatrics I have found 'MRCPCH 1: Essential Questions in Paediatrics (Second Edition)' to be an invaluable resource and study aid in preparation for my exams. The book covers a wide range of subjects and the answers sections are concise and to the point. Overall I would say that this book is a very useful and well written resource. It is very easy to read and digest and well organised. I will definitely be using this book to help with my preparation for MRCPCH part 1b and feel more confident of passing as a result. Louise Strachan, Paediatric ST1, London Deanery
