Jo Wiltshire is a parenting author and journalist as well as the mother of two young children. She is a parenting expert on BBC Radio where she regularly offers advice and support to parents on a wide range of family issues. Jo holds a lecturing post at the Journalism Centre at Harlow College and her previous books include Sneaky Parenting: Smart Shortcuts to Happy Families. The Baby Sleep Bible has been read, checked and approved by midwife and health visitor Sara Warren, who gives her expert opinion throughout the book Jo Wiltshire is a parenting author and journalist as well as the mother of two young children. She is a parenting expert on BBC Radio where she regularly offers advice and support to parents on a wide range of family issues. Jo spent four years as a celebrity interviewer and features writer at The Mail On Sunday, and now holds a lecturing post at the Journalism Centre at Harlow College. Her previous books include Sneaky Parenting: Smart Shortcuts to Happy Families.
