Consultant author Dr Sandi Mann is a mum-of-three, a psychologist specialising in stress issues and author of several self-help psychology books. Journalist and parenting author Hollie Smith has two young children and her published books include Cool Calm Parent and Toddling to Ten: Your Common Parenting Problems Solved. Sally Child is a nutritional therapist with a background as a nurse and health visitor and has three grown-up daughters and a grandson. She lectures on children s nutrition and has written other books on the subject including The Art of Hiding Vegetables: Sneaky Ways to Get Your Kids to Eat Healthy Food.
