Bill Anderton developed his interest in meditation and stress-control while working as a journalist and in book publishing. He has written two books on basic meditation, as well as numerous articles on the subject. He has also conducted workshops and meditation groups. Currently he runs a Mind Body Spirit Centre in Gloucester where he practises and teaches meditation.
