Author Bio
Tara Fraser took her first yoga classes alongside her mother at the age of six. Since then she has studied with teaches from many traditions, including Iyengar, Sivananda and Astanga Vinyasa, and has gained the British Wheel of Yoga Diploma. In 1999 she co-founded Yoga Junction , a yoga centre in London which provides courses and workshops on several styles of yoga. Tara is a contributor to Yoga and Health magazine and is the author of Yoga for You (DBP, 2003) and Easy Yoga Workbook (DBP, 2003)
