Me Again! (and Charlie)

Me Again! (and Charlie)

by Rebecca Stevens (Author), Steve Jeanes (Author)

Synopsis

More of life in bits and pieces with the extraordinary Janet (and Charlie, the long-suffering boy from next door). A story of ups and downs, literally! Janet is suffering from extreme jealousy - as Charlie has been invited, along with his purple-haired mother and his little sister (The Thing That Bites) to spend a holiday snow-boarding in France. And not only that but the insufferable Daisy Micklepage, Class Princess, has been making Janet's life as difficult as ever. Meantime, Charlie is enjoying life. He has football and snow-boarding to look forward to. But things never go as planned. His important football match ends in casualty (thanks in part to the unwitting antics of Janet, Geri and a small dog), and to top it all Janet and her entire family have been invited to join the ski-trip. After an eventful journey across France with many toilet stops, they arrive at the chalet and discover they are not the only one's staying in the lodge - there is a mysterious Frenchman, an artist, who knew Deirdre, Charlie's mum, rather well 13 years ago. The story then continues with a case of mistaken identity, chaos and hilarious drama as Janet and Charlie see every situation differently. It's downhill all the way!
