Housing Law Casebook

Housing Law Casebook

by NicMadge (Author), Claire Sephton (Author)

Synopsis

Housing law grows ever more complex. New legislation and the growing number of reported cases - both at first instance and on appeal - increase the need for barristers, solicitors, advice workers and housing managers to find relevant cases quickly and easily. The Housing Law Casebook meets that need. With its origins in Legal Action's monthly series Recent Developments in Housing Law (co-written by the author and Jan Luba QC) the Housing Law Casebook's summaries of all important cases make it an essential reference book. With detailed tables and cross-referencing, the Housing Law Casebook provides you with the information you need. The fourth edition of the Housing Law Casebook is an essential addition to the shelves of anyone working or studying in the field of housing law. It also includes a free CD-ROM of the contents that contains fully-searchable PDFs.
