Charly Ryan works in the School of Education at King Alfred's College, teaching on both the PGCE and Returning to Teaching courses. Doug Tanner works in the School of Education at King Alfred's College, teaching on both the PGCE and Returning to Teaching courses. Sylvia Turner is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Education, Health and Social Care at the University of Winchester where she works with student teachers and teaching assistants in the Early Years and Primary sectors of education.
