Fiona Hunter has over 20 years experience in nutrition and was Nutrition Editor at Good Housekeeping Magazine for many years. She now writes regularly for a number of British magazines and newspapers, including BBC Good Food, Essentials, Slimming, The Daily Mail, The Daily Express and The Mirror on Sunday. Her areas of special interest include osteoporosis, family, and women's health issues. Fiona is a member of the The Guild Of Food Writers and The British Dietetic Association. Emma-Lee Gow is a qualified home economist who has spent over 10 years working on Good Housekeeping cookery books, testing and developing recipes. Emma-Lee has also written and edited several books for Reader's Digest, WH Smiths and the Ready Steady Cook book series.
