Author Bio
Clare Ferguson is a renowned cookery expert who combines a busy creative schedule with her role as a leading culinary consultant. Author of over 15 cookery books, she has also been food editor of Elle and She magazines and is well known on both radio and television as celebrity chef on the 80-part television hit What's Cooking. A member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and adviser to many of Great Britain's leading supermarket chains, Clare travels widely throughout Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the United States, from her base in London. Jeremy Hopley is a food photographer whose work appears on international food packaging. He has also photographed food for several books including Food and Wine and Fish published by Mitchell Beazley and Rice, Big Bowl and Street Food published by Ryland Peters and Small.
