Christopher Daniell was born in Herefordshire and has spent the last decade in York where he has obtained degrees in History, Medieval Studies and Computing. He has taken part in many important archaelogical excavations and now works for the York Archaelogical Trust. His published work includes several papers on medieval subjects.
