Author Bio
Michael Jacobs is widely regarded as one of the leading Hispanists of his generation. He studied art history at the Courtauld Institute of Art where he gained a doctorate in 1982. He is now Senior Honorary Research Fellow in the Hispanic Department of the University of Glasgow. He is the author of numerous books on art and travel, including Madrid Observed, Andalucia, and In the Glow of the Phantom Palace - all published by Pallas Athene.
