Author Bio
Linda Benedik is Founder and Director of Harmony with Horses Balanced Riding Program in Southern California. With a strong focus on dressage fundamentals, she has been teaching yoga for nearly two decades. She runs a private riding school, working with students of all ages in English, Western, and dressage disciplines. Veronica Wirth has been a practitioner of yoga since 1989, engaged in an extensive, varied, and explorative study of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. A native of Minnesota and long-time resident of Southern California, Veronica currently enjoys teaching yoga and meditation to riders and non-riders alike.
