Together the women unite to help one of their number trapped in an escalating abusive relationship. When one of the women is brutally murdered they combine forces to bring about justice in a way that has nothing to do with the law of the land but all about ancient laws and the power of the moon. A very strong female read with fabulous characters - including a very self-possessed and memorable cat. A bewitching read.
