Author Bio
Hilary Biller completed a three-year diploma course in food and clothing, whereafter she worked as food editor for a woman's magazine. She held this position for four years and was involved in writing, food styling, recipe development and testing, demonstrating and running a very busy test kitchen. She is now a freelance food consultant, undertaking food styling, recipe development, cookery demonstrations and food writing for a varied assortment of companies. John Peacock has been in the photographic and advertising business for many years. After working as an assistant to Sam Haskins in London, John set up his own studio. He has won a number of awards, and specializes in food and still-life photography.
