Author Bio
The author has always had a keen interest in military history, in particular the campaigns of the Second World War, the Napoleonic period and of the ancient Romans. He has previously written a two volume history of the campaigns on the Eastern Front during the Second World War titled Barbarossa to Berlin and a history of the Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars titled The Empire of the French. He lives in Co. Durham.
