Professor Samuel K M Ho is an internationally renowned expert in TQM and has taught Operations and Quality Management at Warwick University. Before he became Professor of Strategy and Quality at Luton University Business School, he was invited as the Quality Expert to the Malaysian Government by the Asian Development Bank. He is now Professor of Strategic and Quality Management at International Management Centres in the UK and currently visiting at Hong Kong Baptist University Business School. Apart from being an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and EQA Assessor, he is also the creator of the 5-S Audit Checklist and the Director of the Hong Kong 5-S Campaign.
