Author Bio
Chris Pye has been a professional woodcarver for more than 25 years. His work is done mainly to commission, with clients including HRH the Prince of Wales and ranges from architectural mouldings to figure carving, furniture to lettering and bedheads to fireplaces. His previous books for GMC Publications include: Woodcarving Tools, Materials and Equipment, New Edition (Revised and Expanded, in two volumes, 2002). Chris lives in Whitney-on-Wye, Hereford.
