Author Bio
Christian Moen is a freelance writer based in Washington, D.C. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston University and his Master of Arts in Writing from Johns Hopkins University. He has worked as an editor at the headquarters of the National Air and Space Administration. He has written for the Washington Post, Smithsonian, washingtonpost.com, and Preservation magazine online. Despite Washington's relatively southern climate, winter months still find him migrating to Southeast Florida to enjoy the tropical climate and exciting nightlife of Miami Beach. John Howell established John Howell & Co in Sheffield in 1979 and by 1997 it had become one of the largest and most respected law firms in the north of England, employing over 100 lawyers. On moving to London in 1995, John Howell has gone on to specialize in providing legal advice to clients buying property abroad.
