Ian Sidaway is an established artist who trained as a designer and started painting in 1970, since when he has been exhibited widely in Europe and the USA. He has illustrated books on a range of subjects and has written several books on art techniques, including watercolour painting, portrait painting and drawing with pastels, oils and mixed media. He lives in Twickenham, Surrey.
