Gerald Montagu, solicitor, is a lawyer in the international tax department at Clifford Chance LLP. Mark Weston, solicitor, is a partner at and Head of the IP/IT/Commercial Group at the London office of the niche commercial, IT, corporate, tax firm Goldberg Linde. He has also previously tutored in law at University College London. Both are Advisory Editors on the Companion Series.
