  Business Law replaces the popular Principles of Business Law (2nd edn). It has been expanded in order to allow for a more comprehensive and up to date treatment of the key aspects of the subject area. In particular, the commercial, company and employment law sections have been expanded to take into account the many changes that have taken place in these areas.
