Stephan Hary, LLB, is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Salford, where he specialises in the law applied to social work. He is also a member of the Social Security Appeal Tribunal and Social Work Association. Martain Hannibal, BA, LLM, is a Barrister-at-Law and a Senior Lecturer in Law at Staffordshire University. He was formerly a legal officer in local government working with Social Services.
