Author Bio
Mina Stephens has more than twenty years of Pilates experience. While working as a professional dancer in New York, she trained with renowned master Pilates teachers, Romana Kryzanowska and Sean P. Gallagher. Her dance career took her to Paris and she eventually set down roots in London. Mina received her Pilates teaching diploma with Dominique Jansen at Pilates off the Square, a studio accredited with the Pilates Foundation. Mina now has her own studio in the Notting Hill section of London.
