Author Bio
Simon Smith spent twenty years in the financial and investment sector as an investment analyst and venture capitalist. Much of his work was concerned with privatizations and the management of enormous cultural and personal change. Intrigued as to why some privatizations were hugely successful while others failed, he undertook a 4-year psychology training course to increase his understanding of himself and others. He now works as a change consultant and counsellor with Creative Learning Consultants and numbers among his clients multinational public and private companies in the UK and Europe, as well as individuals who want to increase their effectiveness.
