Bennis is Distinguished Professor of Business Administration and founding chairman of the Leadership Institute at the University of Southern California. Joan Goldsmith is a management consultant and former faculty member at Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has advised and educated managers, educators, and leading corporations internationally.
