Synopsis

A light-hearted, amusing fairy story for grown ups. Jon Stern is nearing the end of his school days and he doesn't know what he wants to do. All he does know is that he doesn't want to become an accountant like his father. He is neither athletic nor clever and the only thing that he is interested in is playing the piano, so his options look quite limited. That is until Jenni comes along...Jenni is Jon's guardian angel and when she appears Jon's luck seems to change. He starts to improve at school and begins to win piano competitions allowing him to pursue a career on the concert platform. Accompanied by his attractive female cousin, Jon tours the world gaining fans, fame and fortune. But of course this can't last. Jenni leaves him as she thinks that he doesn't need her help anymore and things immediately go wrong. Will Jenni return and help Jon regain his happy and successful life or will he learn to cope on his own guidance?

Author Bio
Peter Rogers is the producer of more than 100 British films. He worked as a journalist, then a director's assistant in the theatre before becoming a scriptwriter for the BBC. He produced and wrote children's and suspense films, followed by his most famous works: the 31 Carry On films. He has now published eight books with Book Guild Publishing: Two Men, A Family Affair, The Feud, Forbidden, The Peacock, Two Girls, Two into One and Duets. He lives in Gerard's Cross, Buckinghamshire and still works at his office in Pinewood Studios.
