LOCUS This sequel to The Waterborn doesn't stand alone. Together these two books make a complete adventure; they're exciting, absorbing reading. Hezhi and Perkar cannot easily resolve their respective personal, magical and supernatural problems, and the Blackgod, Karak, has his own plans for them as well. Their battle with the Rivergod is not over and the resulting conflict on every level wracks the princess and her hero, straining their friendship and alliances with everyone. Author Bio
Greg Keyes is a teacher at the University of Georgia and is pursuing a Ph.D in the anthropology of belief systems and mythology. He was born in Mississippi and raised there and on the Navajo reservation in Arizona. The Blackgod is a sequel to his first novel, THE WATERBORN.
