Author Bio
Dan Marshall has held senior management positions in hotel and restaurant companies in the UK and spent much of his career in training: three years with the Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board in the UK, Supervisor of Training at Bermuda College within the faculty of Hotel and Business Administration, and then Academic Dean at HOSTA, Ecole Hoteliers in Leysin, Switzerland. He is currently Head of Development at Glion Hotel School in Switzerland and runs his own successful guesthouse in Oban, Scotland.
