Carla Blake was born in South Africa but has lived and worked in Ireland for many years. She is a well known food writer with a regular column for The Irish Examiner. A founder of the Irish Food Writers Guild, Carla has been writing about food since 1974. Readers of her work find her recipes very easy to follow and enjoy her approach to food.
