  This book celebrates the artistic achievement of Anthony Barry who captured the spirit of his native city of Cork in a remarkable collection of photographs. The photographs in this book are drawn from an archive of seven thousand pictures which portray Cork life in the 1950s and 1960s. Over twenty years, during his leisure time, he walked around Cork with his Leica and Rolliflex and took pictures of every aspect of the city.
