Nine Ways to Walk Around a Boulder: using communication skills to change your life

Nine Ways to Walk Around a Boulder: using communication skills to change your life

by JulietErickson (Author)

Synopsis

All of us face personal challenges in our lives that seem like boulders - immovable objects that stop us from achieving our goals. All too often we react by pushing and shoving in the hope of shifting them, even though we know that shoving didn't work last time and isn't going to work now. Nine Ways to Walk around a Boulder doesn't claim to solve all our problems. Instead, it offers a unique blend of up-to-the-minute communication techniques and an understanding of human nature that is as old as time. It encourages us to deal with obstacles, working around what we can't walk through and making real changes in our lives in unexpected ways.
