Bali-born chef Lonny Gerungan has spent the last 25 years living in Holland. He is an expert in exotic and oriental cuisine and ran his own extremely successful restaurant for 15 years. He has made 8 television programmes about Indonesia and its cuisine and has also published 8 other cookery books. His food is served on Garuda Airlines, Indonesia's national airline and he has also launched a range of ready meals, packed in authentic Indonesia bamboo baskets which will be introduced to France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Britain and Scandinavia this year.
