Sam Murphy is one of the UK's top fitness writers, contributing regularly to newspapers and magazines including the Sunday Times, the Independent, the Daily Mirror, the Express, Shape, Zest, Health & Fitness and Healthy. A qualified personal trainer with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, she also runs her own fitness training consultancy, Personal Best, through which she provides exercise assessments, programmes and personal training. Sam is an avid runner, taking part in races from 5km to 100 miles long and training on the coastal paths and moorland trails of North Devon.
