Author Bio
Ed Baines trained under Anton Mosimann at the Dorchester, London, worked in the Hilton in Caims, Australia, and became a baker in Thailand. He has worked at the River Cafe and set up the chic Armani Cafe before becoming head chef at Daphne's. Two years later he and business partner James Poulton opened Randall and Aubin Cafe in Soho. A huge success, this has been followed by The Ifield in Chelsca, and in the winter of 2000 a new restaurant opens in Fulham Road, London. Ed Baines is frequently on television and the clientele of his restaurants make front page news.
