Media Reviews
This is an important work that is, in effect, a compendium of the state of the art in electronic records research, theory and practice. -- The Information Management Journal
My own institution is in the early stages of considering these issues and I shall certainly be making use of many of the ideas and lists in the book, which truly offers something for everyone.
