Graham P. Cornish BA FCLIP was for many years Programme Director for the IFLA Availability of Publications Programme, and responsible for copyright interpretation throughout the British Library. He has been involved in a number of initiatives designing and implementing Electronic Copyright Management systems (ECMS).
