Author Bio
Ken Wilson-Max and Manya Stojic are a husband and wife team, living in North London. They also spend much of their time in Zimbabwe. This is their first book working together. Ken Wilson-Max is the award-winning author of the Max and Transport series from David Bennett Books. Ken was born and grew up in Harare, Zimbabwe but has spent most of his working life in London. He began working as an advertising illustrator and designer before moving into children's books. Manya Stojic's first book, Rain, was chosen by the New York Times as one of the five best picture books of 2000. Manya grew up in the former Republic of Yugoslavia where she studied art and design before moving to London in the early 1990's.
