Author Bio
Maureen Cooper was a teacher and senior education officer for schools before becoming a senior personnel manager. A Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, she is a trained psychometric tester and OFSTED inspector. Bev Curtis was a senior professional officer with a national teachers' association prior to being an assistant director of education responsible for personnel. He has an extensive and expert understanding of industrial relations in the education service.
