by KyffinWilliams (Editor)
For many years Welsh artist Kyffin Williams spent Christmas with his Royal Welch Fusiliers comrade, Sandy Livingstone Learmonth. The festivities included rhymes composed and sung about the family of Welsh folk hero Crawshay Bailey, the subject of a song which has many versions - usually rude - sung by Welsh rugby players in their pubs and in their cups. Kyffin Williams illustrated the rhymes with a series of cartoons which were presented to the National Library of Wales after his friend's death, and the drawings are presented in this book.
