Born in Cardiff, Wales, Allison Vale taught A-Level History in London before becoming an author and specialist Advisory Teacher. She now lives in Somerset with her husband and their two children. Alison Rattle worked in London as a fashion designer before moving into publishing. Born in Liverpool, she now lives in Somerset with her partner and three children.
