Author Bio
Eira was born and brought up on the Isle of Wight. She left the Island to attend the Portsmouth College of Art where she studied Fine Art and Sculpture. Later on she worked in her own design business dealing with graphic design and interiors, She was awarded the Sussex designer of the Year. In 1981 Eira became a Christian. Almost immediately she became a volunteer for the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem. Work included designing logos, artwork and stage design for The Feast of Tabernacles. She has had many art exhibitions with her biblical paintings that were inspired in Israel. Eira had always wanted to write and illustrate children's books and since the 80's her books have been accepted by various publishers with many titles co-edited into different countries.
